All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been submitted by customer. Any and all credits are administered at the discretion of the respective studio, and are made on a case-by-case basis. Absolutely no credits will be provided for costs associated with shipping and handling, albeit physical or electronic. If a show is canceled, customers will be notified within 48 hours with an option to select a replacement ticket of like kind and of same value.
We do not rent or sell information about our clients to any third parties. We reserve the right to use information submitted to this site in efforts to improve our services to our clients.
